User-Uploaded Documents: The App allows you to upload and store digital copies of documents, such as your firearms license, land permissions, or insurance certificates. These documents are stored securely and are considered sensitive personal data.
b) Location Data
Precise Geolocation: With your explicit permission, we collect precise location data from your mobile device to provide core App features, including displaying your position on OS Maps and Satellite Views, providing location-based weather forecasts, and allowing you to drop markers at specific coordinates. You may disable location services at any time through your device settings, but doing so will limit the functionality of key features.
c) User-Generated Content
Hunt Area Data: We collect the data you generate when you draw and define your "Hunt Areas" on the map.
Marker Data: We collect the information you provide when creating markers, including the type of marker (e.g., Harvest, Sighting, Hazard, Transport, Infrastructure), its specific location, and any associated notes or details you enter. This data is linked to your account.
d) Usage Data
Device and App Usage Information: We may automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information, and IP address. We may also collect information about your interactions with the App, such as features used and time spent in the App, to help us improve our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Provide the core functionality of the App, such as displaying maps, weather, and your location.
- Enable you to create, save, and manage Hunt Areas and custom markers.
- Securely store and display the documents you choose to upload.
- Enable the sharing of your Hunt Area data with other users you explicitly approve ("Friends").

The App's "Friend Management" feature is designed for collaboration. If you choose to share a "Hunt Area" with another user, that user will be able to view the map boundaries and any associated markers you have placed within that area. We will not share your data with any user without your explicit action to do so. We will not share your uploaded documents or account information with other users.
c) Third-Party Service Providers
We may share your information with third-party service providers that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance.
